You mentioned that presenting my screen takes up more bandwidth. If I'm teaching it's possible that I do not present my screen when using a Jamboard because students can follow along with my writing and instructing as it updates in real-time. Here's my question. Doesn't a slide update in real-time as well? If I didn't want to use the draw feature, couldn't I essentially use a slide the same way as I would use a Jamboard? Create a blank slide, and create the presentation as I go while students follow along on the document I shared with them... I do understand that it would be hard to present without writing, but some teachers may prefer slides if they don't have a touchscreen, and if their students don't have a touch screen. Does this sound right?
