It's rare enough that you see a tackle as technically spot on as this one from Cardiff's James Botham - so I had to make a video about it!
In this one, I look to break down some of the key details and decisions that lead to Botham's dominant tackle. Even if you only take one or two things from the video, hopefully it will make your tackle technique better too.
