This installation appears to be a bad idea to use regular batt insulation... I would have used a rigid type poly-iso foam board (dark colored) ... This type of board is waterproof and will not harm the performance of the insulation... they will regret this decision when the batt insulation starts sagging within the cavity.

I see a lack of knowledge regarding how is working the substructure. 1. Most of the anchors for the brackets were installed between the bricks ( this means the pullout capacity is compromised) 2. All brackets are working like fixed support for the T profile. This is totally wrong. There is thermal expansion and also building slab movements. Usually, the top brackets are fixed with circular holes and all other brackets below have to be with vertically orientated slotted holes.
