Technical Foul - FLOP - FAKE BEING FOULED - FIBA World Cup 2023 

I think the main issue is not embellishing the contact to get the call but it's the guys hitting the floor when the contact clearly didn't warrant it.

1:28 didn't really look like a flop, that's pretty hard to stay up if the offensive player hits you like that

i feel like at least half of these are legitimate offensive fouls. It makes it difficult if rules arent followed "by the book".
