Today we did something a little different than we normally do. Today is all SPARRING!! Probably not in the way you are thinking.
There are 9 rounds!!
Round 1 Punches ONLY
Round 2 Kicks ONLY
Round 3 Punches & Kicks
Round 4 One Person Defends & The Other Attacks
Round 5 Switch Who Attacks & Defends From Last Round
Round 6 Add A Spin Kick After Each Of Your Attacks
Round 7 Work Multiple Jabs
Round 8 Close Quarter Fighting
Round 9 Slow Sparring
