The last 10 minutes of the video are one of the greatest things I have seen on RU-vid. Cheers. Would love to hear more about PM/ workflow or/and catch up with Sebastian after my bootcamp finishes in Dec 2020, if possible!(melbourne, October webdev intake) Cheers, Anton P

Monsieur Saunier, merci beaucoup pour cette video et particulierement pour expliquer les choses des detailles. Sorry for my French, I only learnt to finish my DEA and PhD while at ENS de Lyon but the language stuck around. Your video and explanations taught me many things. I and my partner are in a very nascent stage of our startup and it would be great if you can share some of your beginning and preparation experience, especially your daily routine. (1) How did you handle document management process and what you did about it? (2) How did you establish the coding standards at Le Wagon, very detailed and painful Vs very productive and fast? (3) What other caps you donned as a CTO apart from hardcore coding guy? Thanks in advance.

There's nothing wrong with more than one developer working on the same branch. If you want to break it up that branch into more branches, sure. Obviously it's nicer to have a simpler tree if you can.
