@@hybridwarriortraining not sure what you are laughing at. Protecting the wrist is no joke to pro boxers. Benavidez finished his last fight with both wrists hurt. Andy Ruiz shattered his wrist in his last fight and settle for a draw. Find a pro video with bent wrist. Get off YT if you are not willing to learn proper safety.
