Technique for instant completion by Nithyananda

The concept of completion sounds too lame initially. But when done it in a way that Swamiji explains, it can really bring out all the toxins we have been holding on for ages. Excellent way to cleanse our inner self.

instant completion... when I was first learning the completion technique, I felt it took effort to go back to memories of the past and heal myself. but with just a few months of practice, just getting the hang of it, I now know that it is really the fastest and easiest technique for having bliss showering in our lives!!
