Don't forget about mushroom hunting 👍 this year i tried something different by using a size 2 circle hook on my wacky setup and it works good you just have to remember that the hook is open no weed gaurd so watch where you throw it.

Yes my husband loves watching you fish on TV he loves all the tips that you give out on Facebook we fished lake Cumberland 2 weeks ago and my husband used your techniques and we caught so many small using your techniques we sat on One Bank for 6 hours and caught fish all six hours

I fish the boat canals in our RV Park. They are weeds from side to side, and a lot of fish cruise in those canals. So I fish the edges and the center. When they are cruising many times they hit it in the first few seconds. On the edges it takes the technique you just described. Standing on a dock and catching fish after fish is just a blast. Bass, pike, and bowfin, the bowfin. The pike really love bladed jigs. As I tell my son, if it shakes on the end of the line I am happy. Thanks for the tips.

I hate to burst any bubbles, but I was taught this technique back in 1975. Used a 6" creme worm, and caught many stringers of bass up to 9lbs in weight. While it works in larger reservoirs, the best results came in farm ponds of still water of shallow to medium depth.

A great video on this technique. I enjoyed it very much and will not only during the spawn but year round when targeting cover. You have a super channel.

The wacky rig is one of my go to rigs don't matter if its a senko or a trick worm on it. The rig flat out catches fish

I noticed you didn’t rig your worm in the center. Does it matter if it’s slightly offset or centered?

Sometimes I fell like in your shoes when you talk about Texas. But you already know I’m from East Tennessee but live in Texas. Wish I could fish with you at some point at Norris.

I hate to give up the juice but when they are on the bed my go to is a pink fluke slit it on the top or bottom and slip you a alchaseltzer in it.

Have you considered doing a series on bank fishing? Not everyone has a boat. Just a thought sir.

I use the same gear but i use an arsenal clear wacky tube to put my hook through and i never loose a bait or a bass

Ott 10lb hyperbraid in yellow? I can't find it. Heavy line yes the lighter line no. I like that hyperbraid cast well.
