Technique Tuesday , 3 ways to create a Wreath Design
Hi everyone, Jo here again. Thanks so much for popping in today.
One of my favourite all time card designs is a wreath a card, these a perfect for festive makes and for batch card making. So today I thought we would have a look a 3 ways to create one. We will use some lovely Lavinia stamps, some ink, watercolour pencils and finish of with some glitter and ‘posca’ snow.
So put that festive music on, and let’s bring on Christmas.

Beautiful cards Jo, I do love the Stickles effect! All the sparkle without the mess of glitter. Glitter definitely has its place of course, couldn’t be without a bit of glitter 😊 I’m absolutely rubbish at random, in fact at the event you asked if anyone had any questions or advice, I mentioned then I’m hopeless at random, so many crafters who were around your table nodded in agreement so I was pleased to see it wasn’t just me. Love your wreaths Jo, am going to try them all. My Christmas cards are all made thanks to you and last years focus on Christmas video- lots of different colours and sizes and batch made. It was really enjoyable making them and I am so happy with the results.

Another fab tutorial, Jo. Don't apologise for using Northern colloquialisms. We should all be proud of where we come from...that's what makes us different. I love accents and colloquialisms..I am from Yorkshire and love my accent. I have had so many people comment on how they love it too, sometimes, like you I have to tone it down a bit, but on the whole most folk 'get it'. Thanks for your hints and tips and your lovely videos.

Your suggestions of using different colours of green, adding some brown for the pine cones made a point with me as I am trying to remember to think outside the box. A quick question, please, Jo: how do you find the best way to store your Lavinia stamps? You’ve used such a selection here to make these lovely cards that you must have a system that enables you to access them at will. (Even in a small working space).
