Ja das ist noch schöner Underground. Elektronische Musik gab es aber schon eher in den 60er Jahren nur so ende der 80er hat sich das weiterentwickelt.

There was another track from (late) 1991 that used the "Let the bass kick" vocal snatch. It had a gritty six-note descending synth line and featured a breakdown with another doom-laden synth followed by sirens going off. Anyone know what it was?

@laurenceegan6136 Mysterious Art - High On Mystic Mountain (1991). "Let The Bass Kick" sample at 45 seconds. Most likely this is not what you are looking for, but there is a sample))

@OtecTuk that's not it, unfortunately! Many tracks from around that time used the sample, and most of them were actually called "Let the Bass Kick", and I now believe that the track probably wasn't called that. But thanks!
