WilburSoot once described the Potato War to another streamer as (paraphrasing) "Technoblade beating up a little boy to be number 1 in having the most potatoes" then joins a VC to Technoblade saying "I don't think I'm a competitive person"

Techno is a definition of the perfect personality where he can do anything and people would watch it

5:55 context:- So in a previous techno was trying to trade for superior dragon Armor , and instead what would happen is people would send him a trade request, which would do a 5 second countdown when both parties have agreed, but in that 5 second countdown you could decline the offer, so in that video he was getting continuously played with by doing that and this player "Foogle" was one of thr playere who waited till the very last second before declining the offer

The fact that Techno went out of his way to see what college Squid went to is so petty and so in character for him

Techno was the type of guy to see an opportunity to make more potatoes he would do it no matter the cost

There’s a reason why he had 10 million subs, he is an enigma, the guy with the least amount of editing flare or fancy things, got the furthest and did the best things in the mc community by a long shot, and everything with a chill atitude. He is one of my biggest inspirations for being a better person. RIP the king 👑

In a later video, Techno actually teams up with Squid to defeat another enemy. They try to call Squid and he doesn't pick up at first, and Techno casually drops that he could call his parents to reach him--revealing he both tracked Squid's family and had their phone numbers as "left over data from the war" as he put it. You think he went too far here, he COULD'VE gone FARTHER and held back lmao.

squid has commented on techno very positively, they were friends after the videos were said and done and he just uploaded on youtube after about a years break shortly before techno's death. He still streams of twitch regularly!

Technoblade was a true insane genius, he put so much effort into this war I think he would do well in an actual war. I certainly wouldn't want have wanted to mess with him.

Techno was a very unique personality on RU-vid. He could pretty much say whatever he wanted and he’d still make money out of it. I don’t think I’ve ever seen bigger YT livestreams than his were, I don’t know of anybody else who could pull off 400,000 consecutive viewers (I mean it was a DreamSMP stream but still)

6:00 foogle is a reocurring character in the technoblade cinematic universe apearing in "slaying dragons in skyblock" for his villain arc, this one for his redemption arc and in "i became the mayor in skyblock" for his hero arc

In answer to your question... This is Hypixel Skyblock. Which keeps updating even to this day. Yes techno still has islands including a memorial island that is run by some of his co-op members. I'm not sure if he is still number one in potatoes now though... Since well... They did a garden update somewhat recently...

The Minecraft Mondays Squid Kid mentioned were an event hosted by Keemstar for Minecraft streamers every Monday. Basically people would play games like Hunger Games in teams of two to win thounsands of dollars. Technoblade hasn't really shown it in these videos, but he was definetly one of the best Minecraft players in the world, and absolutely dominated these events.

farming potatoes by hand is so much easier now than it was back then. i can't imagine how painful and slow it must have been to have to manually replant and get such a small amount of potatoes.

Not sure if you know how getting more minion slots works but ill say it anyway: Whenever you get a new, unique minion progress is added to getting a new slot, this happens through upgrading minions and using different minions. So if you were to get a snow minion that counts, if you then upgrade it 4 times then that counts 4 times. But there is a limit to the amount of levels a minion can have and once you've got that level 4 snow minion you don't get any points for any other snow minions until you upgrade it past that level so you are now forced to move on to another minion such as an enderman minion. So in order for you to get new slots you would have to get dozens of new minions and spend the money to upgrade them before moving on to the next. You are also able to get new minions though upgrades in the community house but i'm unsure if those existed around the time of this videos creation. In addition to this theres the case of upgrades for an individual minion, minions have by default 2 upgrade slots, a cosmetic slot, a fuel slot and a hopper slot. for cosmetic slots its pretty self explanatory through out the game you can get skins which you can put to change its appearance, Fuel slots are used to hold different fuels which boost production such as the permanent enchanted lava buckets or the temporary catalysts also once you've put something in you can't retrieve it without destroying it, the Hopper slot holds a hopper and hoppers automatically sell products when you minion is full and holds money you can collect, and finally the upgrade slot which holds upgrades with the most useful one being super compacters which automatically converts items into enchanted items when you get a certain amount of that item. Also because why not enchanted items in Hypixel Skyblock are a bit weird, specifically items though because weapon and armour enchants are largely the same aside from some new enchants, instead of enchanting an item its more like you compress a ton of that item to make a single one, for example a enchanted potato is 2 and a half stacks of potatoes and a enchanted baked potato is 2 and a half stacks of enchanted potatoes.

Fun Fact 1: The joking about limbs thing is amusing cause their was an actor (I don't remember his name) who had a bad eye or just didn't have it at all that regularly joked about it with other people on stage.
