I'm an 80's baby and if I'm remembering correctly the lady "singing " was not actually the real singer, i believe the actual singer from Technotronic was Ya kid K. If you look up her late 80s/early 90's stuff you will find a bunch of her songs and that unmistakable voice. I was always confused as a child why Technotronic did this. I was also really young at the time so if I'm wrong about something, then my bad, lol. Song is great tho, I remember it was everywhere back in the day ~
