Sorry, missed this comment somehow. That makes more sense! I was thinking it was 9000 for the whole thing and wondering how that supplied the whole factory lol.
There's a setting in graphics called image enhancement. When I set mine to performant it cut down on my stutters (at least so far) I also noticed no real difference in the quality of the textures
