Oh man do I know. I was playing as the Houston Oilers and was 15-0 when in the last regular season game when Warren Moon, Lorenzo White, and Ray Childress all got injured in what seemed like within a minute of each other lol. Lost that game and my undefeated streak and got bounced in the divisional round of the playoffs cause they were all out the game lmao.
Showed this video to my uncle who had played Tecmo Bowl and Tecmo Super Bowl in his childhood (He was really good at the game) He said it brought back literally hundreds of memories from his childhood. He started humming the song when the guy got injured.
@Cliff VanBuren the bills was the only team, I used in tecmo Superbowl and I used to come in 3rd in rushing every season behind my 2 older brother that was using Bo and barry ,that I wasn't allowed to used 😂
KMSL I remember this!! I also played that tune in my head when someone got injured in basketball and even myself to laugh to keep myself from losing it when hurt lol
After all the years of playing tecmo super bowl I never thought 100% injury rate was possible that you have to put a backup tight end in as a starting running back

What's crazy about this is that offensive players are more vulnerable to injury than the defensive. I kept wearing Lawrence Taylor out playing the Giants, and all he had was a bad physical condition, no injury.

This is a modded rom where the players stats have been decreased to zero I would assume. I modded tecmo super bowl years ago and made my team all 100s. Needless to say it's a domination...lol
There is no injury stat in TSB. It’s basically a dice roll after every play to determine if the offensive player gets injured. Ive messed around with modding myself into the game with basically 0 for every stat. Got a few videos on here about that. It definitely increases the difficulty.
It looks like the chiefs might give up because all of the rest of the players are injured and can't come back if till the injured get back 100 percent healthy again and they might not continue the game as of matter of fact the colts doesn't have injured player on the field while the chiefs player getting injured causing them not to be on the field this is turning into a chiefs funeral

thegute8686 just check tecmobowl.org. They have all sorts of cool stuff there for this game. There is a thread there that discusses how injury probably is calculated and you can alter the game from there.
So do you eventually have like nobody on the field? lol............I remember playing this as a kid and that instantaneous horrible dreadful feeling when that music hits like "who got hurt?!?!"
Kansas City chief player are getting injured especially the quarterback because he didn't even run the football instead deberg got hurt and the chief got a backup quarterback there might be a game genie cheat code for this
