I have to say, I really appreciate a boot review on boots that you've worn for a year or so. I see so many boot reviews where they take the boots out of the box and rave about how great they are. Then they put them on and walk around the living room and say, "oh yea, thees are great." "so comfy". It really tells you preciously little about the boot. Sometime they wear them for a couple days, but still. Thank you for the video.
Great review! I love my Johnnys and other 3 pair of Tecovas! You're absolutely spot on regarding their customer service, it's fantastic! Keep up the great work!
I own those boots as well as three other pair of Tecova’s. Mine are Honey Suede. Head turners! I just received my pair of ‘The Stocktons” yesterday. I have to say, Tecova’s are the most comfortable boots I own
I got the bourbon Earl's and love them! I've had them almost a year and have only worn them like 3 times lol. Only wear them for certain occasions. Want them to last and don't want to destroy them. Not really made to be rough and tough. Great boots though!
I’m thinking about getting the Cartwright as my first boot ever but I’m not sure if they will actually be good I’m not gonna be working hard just casual wear like walking to school and going out are those a good first time boot?
Some damn nice kick ass boots there! You are so making me want to buy a pair of cowboy boots 😎. Do the video of the other boots and I hope that interview went well and I hope the boots you wore got you the job? Love the boots video.thanks from one cowboy boots enthusiast to another. Yeehaw!
thanks man, I always want more cowboy boots ahaha. alright, i shall make that video. thanks man, it felt like it went well but we will see. Hell yeah bro, I will keep the cowboy boot videos coming
@@smackdadious Really good! I am almost ready to buy some more boots. And glad to hear it went well. Keep on keeping on and may the blessings of the boots be with you always.
Great review here Chad. You do great videos buddy, so keep them coming. My reply is now 2+ years after this review, so I'm wondering how they've held up long term? TIA. 👍
Thanks man! They were alright. Didnt fit me the best and i ended up giving them to a friend. And he really likes them. But for the time i had them they held up great
@@smackdadious Thanks my friend. We have similar taste in various boots. I never could find a pair of the Nocona dallas though, but I did have another in the Legacy series. All very decent boots. Thanks again buddy. 👍
Should post this video to a few boot groups on FB, and see how many pass out from you actually wearing and scuffing up suede hahahaha. Good Review! Keep Orange Crushing It!
They are a good pair of boots. I prefer roughout now mainly due to the fact that it is objectively superior, and the funny part is tecovas women's boots fit me way better then the mens. But yes I would still recommend Tecovas. I believe i linked those boots in the description
yo thanks for the review im definitely thinking about getting these. tho your boots look a lot darker than the ones shown online. is that because you got em wet or what?
Glad this video helped! The lighting isn't that great in this video, but yeah they are a bit darker now. The ones online look a bit more yellow than they actually are. They are like mine but slightly brighter
I am so happy you're channel exists bro. Planning on getting a Cuero boots because the price range fits my pay. Should I save up for Tecovas or say fuck it and get Cueros? lol I'm aiming for a comfort boot.
I have a video discussing my thoughts on both boots cause i have a boot from both. Me personally, i would save up but the cueros would be fine. I hardly wear either now mainly because i have a boot that fits me better than any boot I have. Im not sure how long the cueros will last compared to tecovas. Tecovas has great customer service, they also have physical show rooms where you can try them on. And get what you want, if you settle for cuero but you want tecovas, you will still want tecovas boots. Cuero might have change their boots since i got my pair, but it has been a while since the topic has come up. Check out my video comparing them, hopefully that can give you more insite to both boots
@@WesternRAM oh yeah! I have thought about doing more stuff with cowboy hats but im working on how ill do them. I can do a video or two on jeans and shirts
@@smackdadious I have the # 2 rough out . But which one is more comfortable? Thought about trying the Johnny but didn’t want to if I already own the better boot.
@@battosihimorah2512 chisos is the objectivity better boot in terms of quality due to materials and construction. Now comfortably depends on sizing. Both arent the most comfortable for me in different ways. I dont buy suede anymore. Rough out is superior
Depends, ive been wearing leather soles for a while and i know how to walk on them but walking on metal and wet surfaces are gonna be more slippery than rubber soles
I like suede and I don't like suede and that's the problem;it stains,it spots and requires more care.Maybe if I lived in a state with almost zero chance of rain 300 days out of they year I might buy some, till then I'll stick with my blue suede shoes from thursday boot company.
