Sangean is a disappointment overall. XHDATA is hanging in there. Wow. I haven't had much luck on Longwave with XHDATA. I need to try some more with the XHDATA.

Hearing on my Tecsun Pl-330. Signal weak, but hearing it on 317 ssb. Saint-Hubert , Montreal North-Shore. I'm Very impressed with the Pl-330.

Strangely i could not make out the wobbly tone on the 990x, whatever you mean by it. Thanks for the video.

I’ve noticed the wobbly effect on my 990x too. It’s especially noticeable on SSB on the higher frequencies like 28 MHz etc. This is not present on my PL-880
