Tecsun PL990x Scanning through 20 & 17 meters. 

Just doing a test scan on this Tecsun Pl990x. This is test is using a tecsun wind up antenna. I'll leave a link for the one I was using. It worked well. The better antenna the better the results you get.

There are Tecsun PL330's on AliExpress for super cheap these days! Around 50 bucks! They have sideband as well. I actually recommend going that route instead of spending five times that for the PL990. But it's up to you of course.
