This is really affectious! I was touched with what Chris is sharing. I do hope that people will start looking at the goodness of everyone rather than the opposite. ❤😊

Any act of kindness or attention is a very special gift. I spent years struggling to care for my younger siblings. Now that my knee has failed, others have stepped forward to assist me; to open doors, to reach things that are too high in the store, to provide me with prepared meals. Sometimes just a smile is a terrific addition to my day. We don't need to have a great deal of money. Just an established attitude of kindness had a tendency to build back when I volunteered as a Foster Grandparent. Officials were more interested in exploiting your previous experience and education. Necessary connections are created out of small kindnesses, and they can spin off into some very satisfying programs. The basic difference is in the attitude.

Sara, I’m curious why you would make that comment about princess Catherine’s wedding ring being missing and thinking it was funny. What about her mental health? After having a serious surgery now is not the time to dump on her for any reason, you of all people should know better. you said you suffered from mental illness, how would you like to be dumped on and bullied and harassed? the same level of compassion that you want when you go through your mental health issues. Be better

There are many exploitative videos on here disguised as generosity. My mom always told me to do kind deeds in the dark. People go around shoving their camera phones in homeless peoples faces and exposing their living conditions, then give them a few bucks and upload the videos. Because they know the views from those videos generate 100x over what they gave the homeless person. You don't have to broadcast everytime you help someone. They figured out how to make money under the guise of being generous.

The TikTok videos of the couples filming themselves tipping the pizza delivery guy a couple hundreds of dollars then posting it on social media is an example of this.

Theres nothing exploitative about it; Its benefits are two fold: using it as content for their videos generates the income that they can in turn, use to help another person in need. And the videos display an example and reminder for the viewing public to follow. Some big nonprofits like CARE or Feed the Children, etc are the ones who have exploited vulnerable populations now for more than half a century ..raking in hundreds of millions $, while their directors' salaries are in the millions $$. Look up on the website Charity Navigator, to see

People will basically follow anything and anyone without looking into them won't they. That's a bit worrisome.

We cannot judge someone until we really know their story. And when we know their story, we may well no longer want to judge them... ever

Sarah is infectious. I hope she gets to call the shots in perhaps her own show someday, or as an executive producer of some sort. She’s done so much work on herself, her struggles with anxiety and such; I just know she brings out the best in other people and I don’t see anyone else on tv be like this.

Mark’s “Soft White Under Belly” on RU-vid relates to the quote “ don’t judge a person until you know them”. My whole attitude towards the homeless has changed.

LOVED this segment's message but not the messenger. Chris Anderson continues demoting and discrediting TED _(with intolerance for divergent ideas and people who don't subscribe to his zealot woke agenda)._

No thanks. Motivational speakers paid by public funds to give speeches that are destined for Chambers of Commerce and not the citizens...make me nauseous. Disgusting.
