I've been wondering that myself but also watching and hearing what other constitutionalists are saying. What they're basically saying is the other people that they have have direct involvement in phone calls and text blah blah blah. They said that Fannie Willis wants to have the strongest case possible and a lot of the grand jurist chose not to indict the most did. She didn't want to take the chance of having some weaker cases mixed in with the strong cases..
