You know, I always thought the computer was somehow rigging the wheel because of picking the hard AI (especially seeing how the AI would guess dumb letters) when they’d play this in the past and continue to get bankrupt and lose a turn over and over…but seeing Dan and Arin get bankrupt/lose a turn back to back in real life has made a believer out of me. Well done programmers, well done.

i'm a huge fan of ted nivison! i actually once ran into him at my local supermarket, i recognized him but didn't want to bother him since he was obviously busy, but suddenly he made eye contact with me- which was a bit weird considering he rotated his neck 180 degrees to do so similar to an owl -and he charged full speed at me before pulling out a titanium baseball bat and completely destroying my kneecaps. faster than light he had completely disappeared leaving me in the dairy aisle in a disheveled heap. really nice guy!!!!

I like how Ted is innocently half-singing the Sonic X theme (the animated Sonic most 20 somethings saw as kids, I know I did) and Arin just comes back at him aggressively & wholeheartedly singing the Sonic SatAM theme. Then Dan says the meme, unknowingly siding w/ Ted on team Sonic X. Pure chaos.

"Knuckles's" is technically correct. Knuckles' is a shortening that is also grammatically correct. "S-Apostrophe" is the only correct grammatical form of a Plural Possessive, when there are more than one of something and it ends in "S". Such as "Soldiers' Dance" implying that The Dance belongs to multiple Soldiers. Knuckles is a single person, so the correct form is "Knuckles's" but shortening to "Knuckles'" with a single apostrophe is still considered correct as a shortened version.

does the editing of this power hour make the episode feel discordant in different a way than what’s usual for the power hour to anyone else, or was that just me? (i still enjoyed it but the skipping over of some letters being guessed had me like “wait wait hold on did i miss something? when did those get up there?”)

I have felt that way since episode 2 of this season. I can't follow it. There's so many jumpcuts when I don't think it's necessary. I'd have way rather this be a 30 min episode that I can track than what we got. But I did still enjoy the parts I could follow

totally agree. normally my adhd loves the chaos of power hour, but this one was nearly impossible to focus on it was so confusing. ted's distress was entertaining, but if you asked me to explain what happened in this video i'd be at a total loss.

I know that this season they're also editing down the videos so they can post longer versions on Patreon (also uncensored) so they can also stay monetized on here. These edited videos make it rly hard for me to follow along especially this episode. I hate being one of those to complain about it cuz I know they need to keep their money for their content

I admittedly am a little frustrated that they said the episodes would be longer to make up for the longer time inbetween, cuz to me that meant 30 minutes. But I guess it meant “like 2, maybe 3 extra minutes”…

There's been a lot of harsh editing in these new TMPH episodes. Like a million jumpcuts per episode kind of harsh. I wonder if maybe they initially planned to release these in like 25 min episodes and decided later that they preferred a more condensed version
