I was able to find the 12" link balloons. Can you provide the link for the 6" balloons that are not the linking style?

Interesting use of the link o loons. O just do a topiary with regular ones so this was a lesson learned on another was to do this. TFS

What's the name of your machine to inflate the balloons

I have many different inflators depending on what type of project but “Conwin” is the professional one if you need to inflate many many balloons.

What type of balloons do you use so that they can be tied together to form a circle?

How did you put the sticks and the balloons on the basket?

Use zip tie to tie the sticks Balloon you could just put on the stick, and the the small gap between small balloons let the stick go into the gap.
