Teddy was a major part of the Sound of Philadelphia in the early to mid seventies.............Regrettably, he ended up in a wheelchair but never lost his faith in God. Thanks, Teddy, for the memories.

Even as a young white man, 30 plus years ago this would open doors for me, Teddy Pendergrass was amazing and Barry White was on the same shelf as well as Isaac Hayes, some memorable nights and mornings.

Im 29 but grew up on this music, Atlantic starr, Bill withers, the Isley brothers and so many others. THESE hits are timeless and had so much substance. I often have moments where im listening to rap but i always find my way back here. Time and time again. Currently sitting outside having a cigar and some whiskey enjoying life. I just re-watched , "Teddy Pendergrass - If You Don't Know Me " So Amazing seeing him sung at the end with Aliyah Khaylyn... May they Both R.I.P. She was young and beautiful back then .. I will cherish that video on here also as the show I Just watched " Teddy Pendergrass- If You Don't Know Me " Made in 2018 .. A must watch if ur a Fan of Teddy or Aliyah.. or just love Music .
