Quick story about Teddy circa 1981. My friends and I were about 15 and would go to a place in Philly called Delisandro's Steaks. It's still there. Anyway, Teddy lived nearby and one night he came in for a sandwich and he talked to us all awhile. It was really a great moment in time that I'll always cherish!

At my husband's funeral in 2015 I burst out in the chorus of this song, it was so befitting. Teddy put words and music to the sentiments of our hearts. The soundtrack of our 30 year marriage was Teddy P, Luther V, and Whitney H. Thank God that love and music are eternal. RIP Teddy, your gift came from above.

This was my dads favorite song, he said it reminded him of my mom.
