This clip has changed my outlook on corporate life. Leadership is indeed a risky business. I have realised that my "Leaders" are invisible and non existent.

I hate leadership. I hate the tittle. I don’t consider myself a great leader. Does anyone ever feel that way? I am placed in a “Leadership role”, yet I have no guidance. I don’t have anywhere to look and say I have someone shaping me in this role. Can someone help? Lol
