I forget whose video it was, but one etsy seller ran an experiment with shipping fees, and apparently $4.99 was the cutoff before it looked like sales were being affected by shipping costs. All regular products in my store have a flat $4.99 shipping rate. If the shipping costs more, I roll that into the cost of my item so I don't suffer any losses.

Fantastic strategy and I agree completely with the approach - add any additional shipping cost into the product price but cap the shipping price so it doesn't appear too high to the customer.

Do you know a reliable print on demand manufacturer that makes Coco coir doormats in the 30“ x 18“ size? That does not cost an arm and a leg? I found a few, but they do not respond to communication. One I got a sample from and it was the wrong size plus poor quality. Would love to take advantage of this product but unfortunately I can’t find a reliable good quality manufacturer

This question is not directly related to this video but I have been asked by a reputable company in my area if I would be interested in whole selling. I am overwhelmed by this request as I have zero business experience and have only been selling for less than a month. I've done some research and I see Etsy has a wholesale program? I have no idea how to even start this process, how do I price my items ext. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

That cutting board is total garbage. Not that a lot of this stuff isn't over-priced cheap tat, but that is the worst. It should be called "Cheap wooden sign", not cutting board. Hard to trust companies that do that kind of stuff. Morally, I could not sell any of this to people.
