I find Teemo extremely annoying to play against but on the other hand so rewarding to play my self. Really strong love/hate relationship with this rat.

you should try teemo jungle. He has a weak first clear but with his passive he has massive counter jg and lane setup potential. also the lack of a lane allows him to priotitise his shroom placement for drag and rift pit early and late game. Early/mid game vision and map control like that is basically unseen in any other champ

I really want zwag to try out the blue Rhaast build with Frostfire, Frozen Heart, Force of Nature, Manamune/Winter's Approach and any other tank item and tenacity boots. Runes are pretty much the same as what Rhaast would typically go.

Does the true dmg of the riftmaker is 10% of the total of your damage or it’s 10% of the damage after they it’s being mitigated by the mr ?

Try a 6 Active Items build on a tank like Rammus, Singed, Volibear, Maokai, or Sion. Predator Boots, Turbo Chemtank, Gargoyle Stoneplate, Randuin's Omen, Zhonya's Hourglass, and Redemption. Bring Ingenious Hunter too for CD on the item actives.

From what I can find on horizon focus on teemo shrooms. It didn't used to work but it does now. It doesn't seem to give 10% extra damage on the first tick of damage. The slow probably process after the damage so in the coding it would just skip that step. Seems like a bug that's just been ignored because it's horizon focus on teemo

You would've gotten a few of those 1hp shroom kills if you had even a slither of healing cut, given they had some heavy healing champs.

Wondering how WR teemo would do in League? He's a bit different. R used to be a poison puddle but got fixed into the same ult as League. Q and R now is same with League version. W have a small dash before speed boost. His E got swapped with passive. So he has on click delay camouflage instead of invisibility. Camo not Invincible.
