VIDEO: A 17-year-old who was arrested after shots were fired at a car carrying four people was released 18 days after he was booked into the Duval County jail.
Lucky it was 18 days and not 18 years. Thank god they had that video to prove he was innocent. A lot of people have served longer sentences for crimes they didn’t commit.

That's a shock. Crime in the bigger picture ultimatly does not pay. Keeping jails filled and not creating precincts; makes freedom a crazy reason to be locked in a cell and released in a city possibly dangerous for a person "rehabilitated".
