“Hi uhhh I’m not sure what to comment. Warrior cats are cool I think.
I made this as a Christmas present that got out of hand - usually all the art I do is for my own fantasy OC project! However, I have watched warrior cats AMVS, PMVs, and MAPs since I was a kid, and through them I learned how to animate. It feels like an inevitability that I would end up making an OC AMV at some point.

Story:
In TimberClan, a horrific murder tore through an era of peace and vitality. A sweet apprentice who had gone missing a couple of days prior was discovered in the depths of the old-growth forest, her corpse mangled and torn apart. The patrol remembered scenting lynx nearby, and the apprentice's death was blamed on a lynx that had been spotted roaming their territory before. This apprentice was Snowpaw, but the story was not exactly accurate. She had been murdered, yes, but not by a lynx.
Snowpaw had some time to herself while stuck in limbo as a wandering spirit. She thought about the day she had died-she was fetching water for the elders when she was attacked by Smokepaw, an older apprentice that she didn't know very well. Before she knew it, she had died. Snowpaw didn't know why, but she did not ascend to MoonClan. She was trapped in the living world, and was forced to watch as Smokepaw and his best friend, Tansypaw, left her body in a part of the territory where the lynx was known to inhabit. She watched as the lynx eventually came along and did not pass up a piece of fresh-kill.
She wandered through the lands for seasons, wondering why Smokepaw killed her for no reason at all. Snowpaw didn't know how much time had passed before she finally ascended, following Smokepaw's (now Smokewhisker) death while saving his clanmate from a lynx. Her relief was short-lived when she saw her own murderer in MoonClan with her, enjoying the leisures of the afterlife, treated as a hero.
Snowpaw could not share paradise with her killer. She argued with the MoonClan cats, who only watched her coldly. Once she had finished, they maintained their position, and gave her a harsh warning to never stand against MoonClan again.
And that's when she realized that not everything was sunshine and rainbows in this world, and that Smokewhisker was not just a bad apple-the clans were as well. MoonClan, their ancestors who the clans had looked up to for their whole lives... were a fraud, no better than the evil they were taught to condemn. Snowpaw ached for retribution. She allowed these feelings to simmer inside her, training in solitude until she saw herself ready to enact her revenge.
Snowpaw attacked Smokewhisker, whose fighting abilities had worsened during his peaceful time in MoonClan. Despite the tom's pleas, Snowpaw killed him, erasing his spirit from this world forever. Immediately, she was banished to the Moonless Forest, but punishment could not undo her wrongdoing. She had already turned her back to the clans and their omnipresent ancestors, believing that the day MoonClan fell would be the day that the clans would finally be able to see a better future-a reality that she would do anything to make true. She gave herself a new name: Snowlily, to grant herself the warrior name she could never earn.
But these self-righteous desires had undertones of her immaturity. After some thinking, Snowlily decided that she wanted revenge on Tansytail, who had covered up her murder with Smokewhisker. From the moment that Tansytail's kit, Elkkit, was able to think for himself, Snowlily invaded his dreams and posed as his guardian angel. She became fixated on using him to hurt Tansytail, but disregarded the fact that her brother, Paleflame (who was Elkkit's father), would be hurt as well. She revealed that she was the sister of his father, further instilling trust. Gradually, Snowlily shifted her image from a guardian to a trainer, and fed Elkpaw (now a young apprentice) with her own principles...
