@@silentmajority8365 None of these edgar criminals are immigrants. They're americanized 4th or 5th generation latinos. The generation of mexican immigrants that arrived in the 60s, 70s, and 80s, were extraordinarily humble, honest, god-fearing, traditional, hard working people. This new generation of cholos and edgars after the 2000s and 2010s, are not the same people. Cholos and edgars criminals are not a product of immigration, they're a product of welfare state, liberal cities, and american culture
What the hell is wrong with our justice system? If you kill someone intentionally and with malice, you should get life in prison without possibility of parole, regardless of your age at the time you committed the crime.
And what's with this "served concurrently" crap. I can get 2 speeding tickets rolled into one speeding fine, why should he concurrently do the 20 years while doing the 40, making it ONLY 40 before any parole stuff.
Members of the Just Us system (the police) quiet often raid, destroy, forcibly enter and kill the wrong people by mistake. It’s just a misunderstanding, right? I mean, it’s ok for them so it’s ok for everybody, isn’t it?
@@charlymrivera7236 Living behind bars, locked in a dark room or pitch white room awaiting a death sentence knowing when your day is about to end is also torture.
He'll be out in his mid thirties? What are they thinking? He'll be at the pinnacle of his danger to the public. They have to keep these sociopaths locked up until they are physically unable to be a danger to others.
he'll be _eligible_ for parole, doesn't mean he'll actually be out. Parole board decides that. Parole board looks at how someone behaves during their time in prison, the crime they had committed that got them into prison, how severe it was, mental illness, how much time they served, and then calculate the risk of whether they'll re-offend or not. Basically, the chances of him getting parole is if he wakes up from his stupid behavior and becomes a responsible, mature person. Whether that'll happen or not we'll see.
you gotta almost feel bad for him because after spending a decade in prison he is still gonna have yet to do more time. sure prison might be a little more comfy than jail, but either way, the pain and discomfort is real.
I totally agree with you, you really got to wonder about theses judges anymore weather they are fit to even be a judge. If where a parking ticket he probably would have thrown the book at him...
@@DoubleDDeacon I have no doubt Judges can be paid off. So can Politicians. They say everyone has their price. I'm sure there are some people who still have their morals but now days there are fewer and fewer. But it's not always about being paid off. There are a lot of people who want to bring this country down and rebuild it he way the Dems want.
@throwaway3873 Only if you get a liberal judge who makes the bond low enough so he can bail out. A conservative judge would set the bond to match the crime. So most murderers can't afford to bail out so a lot of them DON'T bail out which is how it should be.
He will find out everyone he THOUGHT were his boys won't accept his calls while he's in prison and won't none of them visit. He's gonna have a wake up when he realizes that none of those people he was hanging out with remember who is is in 2 years.
@@maximillian.s5720What does this even mean,...try using English next time and maybe we'll understand what your trying to say. If you know how that is.
He may serve a longer sentence. I wouldn't expect him to be on his best behavior when he's in prison. He'll get rejected for probation the first time it comes up.
I use to work with teen juveniles and ya’ll wouldn’t believe how many of them WANT to go to prison. Some believe it’s gaining a status if they go to prison or commit more crimes. I use to stress myself out trying to change their minds but once they are released, they go back into the same environment that introduced them to those things and just do what they want.
It’s the lack of a support system in the household most times. Hard decisions have to be made and packs have to made with oneself to rise above the BS. Peace to all hopefully our youth figure it out because It isn’t easy.
Sentences should be consecutive and no parole available until the full sentence is served. IMO that young man is a classic sociopath and has zero concern over his actions.
They need to stop making deals with pos people like this. Yeah, blame it on a hard life, pffft, lots of us had a hard life. Its a matter of character and even at 13,you know fucking better. Tired of these bullshit excuses.
Any house is the wrong house for any drive-by ! This should not even happen ever to anyone ! Since there is no show over remorse, the penalties should be maximized without any concurrency !
@@skimmer8774relying on prisoners rather than the law to punish criminals is...do you realise how wrong your thoughts are? But it's understandable if it's the US 😑
If I get caught with a gun I legally own outside my house I would be thrown in prison. This guy had multiple illegal fire arms, killed someone, injured another and STILL got let out?!?!?!?!
How humiliating for the cops, working to catch him, to hear him bragging about getting another bond. These criminals has no respect for the injustice system, and who can blame them.
Theirs alot to not respect. The war on drugs is a war on your liberty and like prohabition its a total failular. The peoples money voted in favor of drugs. So let them have it only properly regualted instead of cartel members regulating it
Not too humiliating. Cops know that they'll go home to their families tonight while this convict will be in The Pod trying to cover his ass for the next two years.
A lot of inmates see drive-by shootings as extremely cowardly. And with how young and arrogant he is, he's going to spend his entire sentence as somebody's pet.
I used to work with a guy who was a former gang member from Southern Cal. He said the gangs have pretty much cut much of the drive-by shootings down. He told me a couple reasons which I don't recall at this time. Unlike how it was during the 80s and the 90s.
With his whole attitude he should be serving consecutive sentences at the very least and for the absolute disregard for life, it should be life without parole. I very much doubt that he will come out any better than when he went in.
Why would anyone be sentence on so many counts if the criminal would just serve them concurrently, that is just stupid. As for this young criminal,he should be in prison for at least 200 years. This lunatic has no remorse what so ever.
Being gay is looked down upon in prison unless he giving it up willingly yall are dumb thinks a prison sentence means your gonna get fucked in the butt like its normal nah that shit get you killed in there
The "parents" are often the problem, part of the gang "machismo" culture. Of course the parents knew what these worthless POS were doing, what they were into . . . it's considered a sort of culture norm by many.
He's very ignorant and truly doesn't comprehend what is coming up. Maybe he's seen some other guys getting out of prison and those guys didn't say much about prison. Likely they aren't going to say much as it's a stressful situation to be in everyday for years. I've seen a couple of guys who were released from prison and they had a certain crazy look in their eyes.
This kid is really getting the last laugh. He is proof that you can be young and do whatever you want. All you have to do is look at him in court and listen to his I'll get bonded out again comment as he was being taken away. If that wasn't enough, he was taunting the police. There are just some people who will never change for the better. He will only get worse, whether he was in jail or not. Just rotten to the core.
Those types of crimes should require maximum sentences. Life without the possibility of parole or the death sentence. There should be no option for a plea deal. Also why would the State Prosecutor accept or offer a plea deal? That killer obviously has zero remorse and obviously doesn't care about anyone else.
theres no fixing that. he thinks its a game. the way he speaks shows he doesnt take it seriously. He'll just do the same crap he does in prison, start fight and act tough.
He's gonna think it's a game fr until he hits the prison yard and they make him work doing whatever for the gang. I don't think he will ever get out tbh.
Wait until those boys in prison meet him he thinks he's a big badass now yeah we'll see how bad his ass is when they meet him we all know what's going to happen to you bro 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 he's going to learn the hard way
Life for a life... mid thirties? OMG! His life is ruined! So much for Justice being blind and can't see... Deaf after one hundred rounds with no hearing protection and grin that speaks volumes in silence.
The idea that a plea deal in this case was proposed and accepted for the heinous nature of this crime is obscenely abhorrent ! There wasnt any justice for the deceased or injured parties. The justice system IS clearly broken ! The shooter still gets to taunt law enforcement and the victims families from behind bars, its unacceptable ! ! ! !
First off my condolences to the family who lost a love one. But that snapshot of him in court thinking it’s all funny is kind of comical. It reminds me of that song by sunny ozuna laugh now cry later. Trust me he will have a lot of regrets when he grows up if he makes it.
You like 8 million illegals that poured over the border, drug and human trafficking as part of that? Do you like that Obiden was behind the start of two wars? If so, you are an enemy of the US and should be dealt with as such as anyone who votes blue.
Jail is actually becoming a choice that some make. They don't have to work a job, support a family, find a place to live, obtain medical coverage or get three square meals a day. Beats working if you like being taken care of.
I am really shocked about how low humans can go and specifically teens. What happened to them. How did the family and socially fail them but also how did they fail themselves. Nothing excuses the use of fire arms to kill somebody - nothing.
Their parents did an awesome job raising such wonderful young men.im sure the medical profession will be happy to welcome them when they graduate med school. Smh. Yes he knows what he was doing he knew what the outcome was gonna be, the only reason he thought he wasn't gonna see prison for it isn't because he is too young to understand, it's because the courts have taught him already time and again that he would just be told he's a bad boy and let him go. He knew what he was doing.and give him another 29yrs for that damn hair cut! Ffs stop that crap already.🤦♀️
It's sad all around the parents and how they raised this child to even think this act was ok😢should look deep into his family 😢for a child to harm another or parent shows deep roots of abuse I know because I was that one child who was bear and thrown away now today as a dad I give my child everything I never had and dreamed about working on getting her a home not a apartment or duplex I want a home for my child that she can say is hers and no one can take away
That's great that you're doing that. The only thing that I will add, is it's better to keep that sentiment away from your children. Otherwise, they might view that as "parent blaming kid for not doing what they as a parent want, because if not for the parent, they would have nothing." It can create resentment. I'm sure you don't do that. I'm just adding that there for any readers that stumble on your comment. It's like batman. Do things for the good of it, not for the recognition. That way of thinking is selfless and earns a lot of trust from those around you. That earned trust will make your life better in the long run.
After 6 months in a state pen, we’ll see how funny he thinks he is. Eligible for parole in 20 doesn’t mean he’ll be out in 20. He’s guaranteed 20, his ass will be torn up plenty by then
Plea deals should only be done in exchange for information that the accused may have about a missing person or a case where the evidence is not too compelling. But in clear cut cases like this, any plea deal is a disrespect for the victim by the judge and DA. Then again, what do they care. It is not their loved one that was killed.
One of the problems with the sentencing is that the judge made it concurrent instead of consecutive. Had he been sentenced consecutively there would have been at least a 15 year sentence after the 20 year sentence for at least 35 years. How could the judge look at him smiling and not consider that?
What I don’t get. Is he doing 40 yrs for murder? Or 20 yrs for assault charges? News anchor said he will be eligible for parole when he’s 30 years old.
It's 40 years for murder and 20 years for assult, both will run at the same time. His first parole hearing will be after 20 years. Meaning because the 40 and 20 are running at the same time, he would have served the 20 full and the 40 half if he is granted parole, or more if parole is denied or given at a later time.
He won't come home for the first second or third parole hearing they'll keep hitting him at the board as long as they can he'll probably be home in his 50's and his "friends" and most his family will be gone he'll come ho e to a new life which left him he'll smile now but there will be days he'll cry in that cell alone I heard grown men cry at night in prison
