The prosecutor is formidably inept in this case. Either she let a killer walk away with just a slap or she locked the wrong person for a decade. Either way, it's a huge miss!
Piatequila I personally don’t believe she committed the murder, I do believe she has knowledge of who did it! But one thing I don’t understand, is if Noura LIVED in the SAME HOUSE as her mom.... HOW WAS THERE NO DNA IN THE HOUSE THAT BELONGS TO Noura? I mean c’mon... whomever LIVES there, they’re DNA also LIVES there in inevitable! The police, detectives, crime scene investigators etc ALL DROPPED THE BALL AND OWE Jennifer Jackson JUSTICE!!!
Hęäthęr Łøúįšę Apparently she was prosecuted based on circumstancial evidence although her DNA was not found in the crime scene but the DNA of two unknown women's DNA ( with blonde hair) was found in the crime scene. Unfortunately, her mother's family and friends spoke negative of her because she was often fighting with her mom which was against her favor
To anyone watching this that wants the full story, don't waste your time here. ABC News channel doesn't upload all parts, just 1 and 2. Someone said you need to download their app to watch the rest, which is just stupid. Splitting the story into multiple videos to gain more ad revenue only to leave half of it out? Come on now...
ji jiji "Calm down, we're gonna send the police" or "What's your address or phone number? What's wrong, what happened?" There's a lot of things the operator could've said instead of "ok". But, it was pretty funny.
'I would have never imagine what would have happened to *ME* ' - that screams guilty. She should have always thought about her Mum and be busy catching her killer but she never mentioned that which is stunning
Uh, no. Being wrongly convicted is an experience that was done to Her, and is a valid secondary trauma in addition to the murder. To then be blamed and convicted for it is inconceivable to most people, as well as having both her parents murdered. It doesn’t scream guilty; it screams “I’m genuinely talking about my experience of unbelievable events that have happened losing my mum then being convicted for it”. It’s also easy to talk about being on a justice hunt from behind your computer, but living in prison and trying to restore her own life can take a lot of energy and it doesn’t mean she’s indifferent to her mother’s killer. In fact, I think she can make a pretty good guess who it was and if it is who most people think (family inheritance hint hint) then she’d be crazy to accuse them.
@@ourcorrectopinions6824 It is coming from a selfish mindset which does make her sound suspicious. She could very well have been weirdly selfish and not been the murderer, but it still does contribute to how guilty or weird she sounds. It demonstrated self absorption considering that she said that when she was explaining the night of her mother’s murder. When she was about to describe coming home to the scene of her mother’s blood-covered, brutally-murdered body, the first things that came to her mind were thoughts surrounding what happened to herself. There’s no denying that shows more thought about herself than the terror and pain her mother went through. You said it yourself, being wrongly convicted is (well, should be) a secondary trauma in addition to the murder. Especially considering this was said when she was describing the murder, her speaking of what happened to her first hints at her own life being ruined being the primary concern or traumatic experience for her.
@@ourcorrectopinions6824 She is not "wrongly convicted" and is still a convicted murderer to this day. TWICE! First she was convicted, then she plead guilty to MURDER!
If both her parents were killed it could have been a lover or someone that her parents knew. All and all it seems someone was or is out for her family.
her dad was murdered when she young her mom raised her as a single parent if the hair in her hand was blond it could be anyone Noura's was bleached in that one pic th thing is the idiots refused to test the hair they had noura they were done
My mom was murdered, growing up without her I was fortunate to have a motherly grandmother but there was always a dagger in my heart ....being separated from some of my siblings was difficult too....
biggest boi she was distraught you heard the 911 you saw her in court you don't have to be falling down crying every second to be grief stricken by loss i know i have suffered loss recently not my mom thank god and the death was Natural but still devastating
Why didn't she call the peers she spent the night with to testify in her defense? She said she was out partying.. yeah, call friends to defend you otherwise...
This is so unreal!! I don't think I've ever seen a case where the child was arrested for murdering their murder. My Mom has passed, and I'd cut off my arm to have with me right now. Guess I need to watch the entire video and I am.
I have read about literally DOZENS of cases where daughter kills mom. Usually involving Mom’s disapproval of bad boyfriend. You are absolutely clueless.
This is wrong like any 18 year old would not kill there mother like they want to like say to her mother like mom I can finally go to collage!! So yeah...(only her mom knows what really went down that day..)
If she did it what was her motivation. She seemed to have a party lifestle she enjoyed. Was there a big life insurance policy? That 911 Operator is so bored by it all.
This gal was wrongfully convicted. I remember when this happened, followed this case...& I'm VERY smart & objective. I'd NEVER say a guilty person was innocent. I LOATHE HATE & DESPIIIZE MURDERERS!!! I truly believe she is 100% innocent. I'm happy she's free, but 11 yrs GONE...sad
Because sociopaths believe their own lies (in that, they didn't do anything wrong). The lie detector test relies on the morals of the person being tested. If the person being tested believes they are telling the truth, then that goes through to the results.
She killed her own mom. And even though she served 11 years she should still be in prison. There was so much proof she killed her now to continue to deny it is a disgrace!
I think she did it. There was a phone call to one of her friends from her home phone around about when her mother was killed. 10 minutes later she called the same friend from her cell phone. She probably didn't realise calling from the home phone could be traced.
I feel sorry for this kid, I heard about this story in Europe and I was outraged that her relatives threw her under the bus, She was innocent and I can say that as a fact
2:00 no innocent person eyes turn that way to watch the audience after hearing guilty verdict...no anger and no sorrow in her eyes ...but let us think about 9 years she has been in jail...do you know how it is to spend 9 years in jail ?...so she has got some punishment anyway if she did it
I really don’t think she murdered her mother and her family and friends turned on her I honestly believe that she is not guilty it’s sad that she spent 11 years in jail
Not once did I hear her say, and maybe it was lost in editing, that she will not give up searching for her mother's killer and bring them to justice. Not a word about fear of a killer on the loose, considering her father was also murdered. Neither any fear like, "Am I next? Does someone have something against my family?", or such like that. I want to give her the benefit of the doubt, but I'm thinking that she may be hiding behind a possible drug-induced blackout, which she has an inkling about, and woke up from in the midst of the carnage. The fact that she didn't have more cuts on her, nor blood? It's possible she had on thick gloves, a blonde wig, etc... Which would then make her conscious and it a premeditated crime. She seemed uncomfortable during particular questions by the interviewer; shifting in her seat often. Hmm... Who knows. Tragic, to say the least. I wish her well, if she's innocent.
Me either we don't talk my mom and I since 2018 she hates me because she hates my dad but in would never kill my mom.we don't see eye to eye but I respect my mother she gave me life ....
She's guilty. I don't believe her. Such a narcissist. She was upset with her mother and killed her. Why the hell would blood be gushing out of her hand? It was on taper at walgreens where the cashier gave he a few paper towels to wrap her bleeding hand. Guilty. 11 yrs was too lien
How come they refused to test the hair in the victims hand i will tell you why because they had the suspect they wanted they did not wanna look anymore or do the work
I've seen a few different documentaries on this case and I believe Nora is innocent. Talk about getting railroaded. She never should've spent a single day in jail.
hysteric mysteric I think you have smoked to much weed and drank yourself stupid. People who abuse substances should be apologising to their true self, for cutting them self short and poisoning one's mind and body. Your a immature childish fool
There is no evidence to prove she did it. They didn't even test the blonde hair in her moms hand. Just bcz she didn't cry when she was sentenced. Everyone reacts to stuff differently. I think the way her moms family testified against her and took all the money, especially the aunts with blonde hair. Imo, they are guilty. Her friend who testified against her saying she was home later said he made it up.
