I remember one rumor from years ago that it was blueprints for a new Titans tower. "It's only valuable to me." Makes sense, if a villain got it, the plans would then be useless since Robin would have to make something different.

I'm not sure why Jinx was trying so hard to impress madame rouge when the brotherhood of evil goes and recruits some basic ass dude with a leather jacket and cap who looks like he hustles pool players at the bar. their standards cannot be that high like seriously. how's this guy even considered a villain? he's just some average joe with a souped up hot rod that an average citizen could probably beat up lol

thank you this guy looks like a basic civilian. no suit or nothing, and he was able to steal from robin. impossible
