Possible spoiler: Any werewolf can share their memories it's just works better when an alpha does it because they can do it naturally. One of them work the house investigation and cover up the fact that it was arson. The other one was a professional arsonist and the two guys who got put in the borough fire worth supporting arsonist to the main guy.
