Sharna Schubert lol 😂 I was thinking the same thing so I looked it up. The show is sponsored by the Land Rover and she never is actually driving she is hooked up to a trailer which is hooked up to a truck that holds the vehicle to make it look like she is driving. Super meaningless and very annoying LOL
RIP. Grew up here, looks much greener in the video. Lovely. i think theres a typo in the title, it should read “Tamworth” not “tamsworth” Many thanks. Stay safe all ❤️
This is too longwinded and if they can use 30 words instead of 3 they will. Also most of the stuff the copper says is rudimentary - ‘ when a call comes thru it may lead to somewhere or not.....’ Really?
What's your problem? I've watched many true crime shows and they always have some kinda gimmick. The narrator sits behind a desk. The narrator walks around an office and stops occasionally to talk. The narrator walks down streets... This one has the narrator driving a car. Nothing bizarre about it.
I wouldn’t take these shortcuts in daytime let alone nighttime so if any of my children especially a girl was going somewhere and there was a shortcut that’s secluded like this I’d make sure it’s not something I’d recommend they would ever take I’d always tell them to take a longer safer route
This has gotta be filmed in a studio in front of a blue screen. She's clearly reading a script from a teleprompter. She surely would have crashed during filming if she was actually driving.
Haha I think it’s clear that no one knows why she’s always driving or posing while narrating the story. The posing is unnecessary given the situation. 🙈 can’t be mad at her though she always looks like she just walked out of a photo shoot
I could not agree with you more . what with the tiny type and the female driver who never once turns the steering-wheel, the production is very strange to say the least.
yeah the print superimposed on that background..... and the lettering so small...... doesn’t anybody from production watch the shows beforehand..... whenever this show comes on it’s kind of glaring.....
This is very concerning. All cops should carry a tarp in their trunk at all times, to secure the crime scene until the crime scene people arrive. A folded up tarp wouldn't take up more than a centimeter of space in the trunk.
watershed barbie Yes!, I thought exactly the same thing. Why wasn’t one of the first actions some form of cover? I’ve watched this before and both times, the comments regarding the rain and evidence collection has really bugged me. Of course, they probably did quickly get some sort of tarp over the scene and the Police detective was simply remembering the event, and the thoughts and concerns he had at the time. I find it interesting though how much his mention of it bothered me - it was one of my rare“shouting at the screen” moments....and I did 🤪. Aaaaanyway, I’m glad I’m not alone in picking this up. Or not alone in really noticing it and being concerned about it. I agree, every police vehicle should have on board, some form of forensically appropriate tarpaulin - and training in the use of the tarp in situations such as this. Ok, I’m done, ha ha the occasional random comment on RU-vid can be quite cathartic. All the best xöx
Tarps can contaminate the crime scene unless it brand new tents are more effective. But they had no way of knowing she was dead or even if they would find her before the rain. It's very sad, my heart goes out to her family.
@@traceeteeter9875 Most dogs can walk. I expressed sympathy for Heather which is more than you did. Look at your own statement.......A dog can walk if it walks, ummmm yeah ok.
Somebody at a retail chain told him the DNA would have been washed out of if after multiple washes??? Sad story but hardly ground breaking police work!
Danielle Whittenburg - Would you prefer the Narrator walk around apparently doing nothing. You do realise they are not on scene live as crime is committed. Nothing better to whinge about!!!
This crime documentarie should be in the audio stories section , case were just seeing the same thing over and over again , you could close your eyes and just listen , you wouldn't miss nothing !!!
you like the intro..? it bothers me so much, it's the only one I make a point to fast forward past... I think I just find it too long. what about the music.. do you know who that is..? small screen, here and bad eyes - so I can't read the credits. do I hear Sinead O'Connor..? or a copycat..?
Loved the way the video was presented and loved seeing you drive and narrate. Totally different from anything I've ever seen. But did I miss it>>>>How much time did the killer get behind bars?
this is public opinions, by the way ..oh and did you mean winning?, as in winning the race? or whining? just telling someone to stop whining, is a form of trolling...so stop..
This irritates me in so many ways - why disrespect the retired detective by interviewing him outside a car window? At least stand outside or sit on a bench, so bizarre as is constantly using someone from the dance school who didn't personally know her, was a year above, using nothing but conjecture and was just using this program to appear on tv. There was NO ONE from the family or a genuine friend. Disrespectful all round for the victim.
So sad for Heather and her family. Even if murders up to that point hadn't happened for 20 years, they said people started locking their doors. This happened August 2000. Who and why didn't people already lock their doors in 2000?
I just noticed that the presenter Katherine Kelly wears the same outfit in every episode while driving around. Weird. Was it all just filmed in one day?
I can see what people are saying about the presenter, the driving around dose seen unnecessary, how ever give her time, could just be teething problems. Maybe they are looking foe a new way of doing theses programs. I do think the monotone voice is a little boring. The program could be
This lady looks at the camera while driving for long periods of time, she might as well be texting and driving. Either someone needs to drive her or she needs to walk! That is extremely dangerous and not just for her. Whatever network this is on in the UK, you’re sending the wrong message.
You know how sometimes your mind will wonder when reading a boring book? You just can’t concentrate? Then all of the sudden, you have no idea what was just read? This is kinda like that
The second hand transfer of DNA because the dude fondled bra's and underwear is a stretch at best, I don't know about any other woman but the first thing I do is wash my new things. I can't stand the smell of the packaging it comes in, I want it Downy fresh.
@@traceeteeter9875 do u get paid to be rude or just do it for free...??? Y type that..? She has 6 ppl who liked her comment and not one person liked your rude ignorant response...Find another hobby, her comment bothered nobody but YOU... BE THE SOLUTION NOT THE PROBLEM
I agree...she's an actress from a TV soap, dont know what she does now but this type of show is not for her...the "driving" segments are not needed at all, I cringe every time I see it cos the wheel isn't moving and she isn't focused on the road lol...
Just cut all the bs and dramatic effects. It’s offensive. People died, families destroyed, crime happened that is tragic enough. You don’t need to add an ominous air to the production and turn it into theater, geez.
as an American, I find the aerial videography quite interesting. Seeing the difference between a UK town/city and an American style architecture and roadways. But I have the same common complaints I'm seeing in the comments. The videography is just... odd. I understand they're 'padding' to fill out 15 minutes of content into nearly an hour. Going back to the concise, scientific content in 20 minute episodes of Forensic Files on Netflix.
They really spend a lot of time saying they are looking for the killer without offering any actual info towards the crime. Prob could have been done better in half the time.
Why is everyone moaning in the comments 🙄 this series is great! Well put together 👏🏻 if the small text, sound effects etc bother you - watch something else 🤣
Manufactured Reality not being rude, but don’t watch it then! I think it’s great. 🤣 definitely more interesting and less monotone than a lot of the others! With great story telling / factual evidence 👌🏻 might be just me though, guess we are all entitled to an opinion! 😀
Perhaps it's factual, and great to you, but to me it started off very boring, dragged out, slow paced, not to mention the annoying blonde narrator lady driving around. So unfortunately, after 11 minutes - I'm OUT, in search of something more interesting. Perhaps it gets better later on, but after the 1st 10 minutes I'm so bored that I'm not even gonna give it a chance :-/ PS. People 'moan', as you put it, because it's the Comments section, so we have a right to express our opinions, positive or negative ones. This is the right place for it.
Where on earth is the presenter off to in her car all the time?? (poor Donal MacIntyre needs to use Shanks' pony every time he sets off after speaking to us viewers)
This series is so sloooowwwwwww. Stop explaining crime scene and investigative techniques like we are morons. Get to the real investigation. Also these supposed experts “representation of a real Tamworth teenager” wow this was really important ... not
Each episode in this series could be condensed into about 10 minutes. What does the presenter add to the program? Even the detective seems to be at a loss to say something of interest.
She isn't really driving. She never moves the steering wheel and I have been driving all my life and never been on as many what have to be straight on roads with no curves bends or completely flat
Such a horrific crime. And such an absolutely beautiful town to live in. Of course, life doesn't necessarily mean life in Britain, it means 15-25 years, unlike the USA who give more justified sentences, in my opinion. He'll be an old man when he gets out, but will be given a home and weekly benefits.......so pathetic.
I’ve read all the comments about the narrator driving around, wasting gas - I have thought that same thing every single time I watch this show!!!! Lol! She just keeps driving & driving.....never seeming to get to wherever she’s going.....at least have her stop for a coffee, a pint at the pub, something!!!!
Is it Tamworth or Tamsworth.... ? the title says one thing their map another and I'm from the US so know very little.. ..... almost nothing about the towns in the UK
ALL crime shows are made like this. They all the same. This series is no different. Slow Mo's. Drone footage. Claims that the Town was a very close Knit one, and that it was a Day just like any other.
What's the point of having a narrator driving around or aimlessly walking around, when you have people who are telling the story and were actually part of the investigation, why have a narrator.
I cannot believe the number of people commenting about the Narrator & presentation of the video content. Surely you must know it’s not a LIVE presentation as such & shows to everyone just how naive you are or childish whinging. They are not on site while the crimes are being committed!!!
