As someone who doesn't mine the non historic camo's (so far), I've always wondered what you would see instead of historic camo. Does the game just show some random historic camo, the same one every time, or just the tank without any camo at all? Thanks.
@@neilwilliams4684 Yep. The Game simply shows a stock Tank and only camo that is historic. I really like that feature especially when I started world of Tanks again after a 3 year break. The Historic feature was turned off somehow and when I saw the Kpz 07 I believe it was all I always saw was a futuristic tank with a railgun. I tought: "Wtf is this Thing?"😂. Well I turned my Historic only Feature back on and see how the Tanks look normally.

I don't really have too much of a connection to that franchise but WG definitely put in some A+ work on this one as those styles look absolutely bonkers especially the manticore one!
Ahh the Turtles, just something fun no new OP crap just a few neat skins along with the regular battle pass goodies. Well done this round WG, it's still a fleecing job, but at least it doesn't break the game play this time.

Please, explain how WG is going to steal money. You don't have to buy anything, if you don't want to. Or are you saying that the content is so good, that you cannot help yourself and you have to buy it? In that case, I agree, they do produce nice stuff these days!
Finally! Now Console can’t say they’re the only World of Tanks title with an embarrassing collab! (We had WWE and Hot Wheels seasons in the latter half of 2020) 🤢

@@jacobsekela8691 I can remember and your spot on with that comparison with 6.0 and would rather have a eastenders collab than the 6.0 With the German lights for the hot wheels they have made em worth playing and the other 2 Halloween tanks But it could be worse massively like content creators like the Paul brothers, mr beast, pewdeepie etc doing a collab or stuff like only way is Essex, big brother and reality tv crap
Best thing about the styles.....you can choose not to use them. Same with the commanders. Only thing interesting to me are the two new tanks for tokens. Couldn't care less about this kids stuff. Put them in Fortnite and leave us be!
I didn't expect it either. I was hoping that after the successful cooperation with G.I. Joe they would consider more Hasbro stuff like Transformers or My Little Pony.
Doubt you cant get enough BP points just by grinding tier 4s and 5s. And likely the point cap will be even lower than that on tier 6s (100), so you'd need to have like every tier 4 and 5 tank, and even then Im not sure the points will suffice. Plus, mid- and low tiers are just so much more interesting to play than high tiers where all the whales are.
I grew up watching, had all the toys, had all the clothes but I have to say I'm disappointed this was the big collab they were working on... the effort applied to this one is exceptional and quality of it all but I'm really sad it wasn't something else... someone mentioned Transformers, that would have been amazing, The Aliens franchise is hot right now with the new movie coming in a year or two. Star wars would be epic, Fallout would be amazing, Halo is hot with the series out. There's just sooooooooo many more franchises I could think of that would be exciting. Will I try and get everything? Probably but not excited about it :(
I wonder how big the overlap between WoT players and TMNT fans is. I am 25 and never watched the show in my childhood. I think it's good that they make these kinda random collabs. Much better than random action movie nr 420.
what next? Captain Pugwash? Dastardly and Muttley? The Pink Panther and Whats up Doc (Bugs Bunny)? Thunderbirds? Considering the time it takes to complete Battle Pass and I have failed the last couple cos I still actually have a life outside of the game, I will stick with Jingles
This is pretty cool. I think there’s a mark missed with no Turtle or Tortoise skins but whatever. The BP rewards seem great for the unimproved pass. Looks fun! I just hope the BP points for tiers 4/5 are low so the OP tanks aren’t played too much for higher tiered players.
Veteran player right here playing form 2013 i am very happy that wargaming is trying crazy skins in game because i hope at the end the game will adopt a more league of legends approach to making money and wont sell any more BZ-176 or other premium tanks that make the game PAY TO WIN
The pearl clutching over TMNT in WoT has been super entertaining. Social media is awash with angry WoT grognards. It's delicious, love it! Bring it on!

Perhaps the recent content WG released has been so bad because they've been putting a load of effort into this. Seems like this has been worked on and refined really well
WG have lost their minds. But maybe the new meta is this because lately the way the players play and behave you would think they be all from the local creche and primary school.
