FILM DESCRIPTION:
After years of being sheltered from the human world, the Turtle brothers set out to win the hearts of New Yorkers and be accepted as normal teenagers. Their new friend, April O'Neil, helps them take on a mysterious crime syndicate, but they soon get in over their heads when an army of mutants is unleashed upon them.

During the early part of the movie he carried an armored truck with gangsters back to his lair. After the turtles told Superfly they might not be okay with his plan, in a fit of rage Superfly stepped on and crushed a fire hydrant. So yeah he is physically the strongest mutant

Excluding Superfly, I expected that some mutants would go over to the turtles' side. But I would never have thought of all of them! I was convinced that the "traitors" would be: Manta Ray, Mondo Jecko, Wingnut and Leatherhead (also making a reference to Mighty Mutanimals). While the rest, namely Rocksteady, Bebop, Scunbag and Genghis would have remained with the fly.

Personally, I think when Super Fly’s family tried to him to stop him, they’re just trying to give a heart to heart to their brother, and we’re trying to let him know that he could be accepted with the turtles 🐢… but I guess Super Fly Quinn escape his hate… it is kinda of sad

Baxter stockman said he never had a family. TCRI killed him before he had the chance. So superfly wanted revenge on not only TCRI for killing his father, but the entire human population for rejecting him and his siblings! Superfly’s family may not remember much about stockman, but I know he wouldn’t have wanted this.

Not the first time at all. Both the 2012 and the original 80s versions became good guys in the 2012 series on the 2nd cross over episode between the 2012 and the 80s Turtles. 2012 Bebop was hyped about becoming a hero at the end with Rocksteady. The 80s version Rocksteady wanted to become a lawyer and Bebop ended the episode saying he just wanted to Dance lol.

@@EternalRoman Well, I'm glad they turned around in this movie. I personally loved this movie, the animation, the style, the background design, the voice work, it was all amazing. I think my favorite scene is the scene towards the end where all the mutants are living happily with the turtles and Splinter, hella wholesome ending.

@@JacksonAfroman I don't like the movie nor anything you mentioned. But I do respect anyone that does like it though. To me it's more of a parody of the TMNTs, and as that, the movie is good, just not a real TMNTs movie. I do appreciate it for keeping the franchise alive and changing, since the beginning it all has continued to have different forms, not all fans like the same thing but we all are fans of the TMNTs, just their different versions respectively 😊

I like how Rocksteady and Bebop are portrayed as good guys in recent media. Their 1987 and 2012 counterparts saved their own universes as well. (The 1987 counterparts didn't even realize what they were doing, because they were huge goofballs).

(BTW the original comics were Satire of the Terrible Overly Serious and edgy comics coming from Marvel and DC at the Time, true story, look it up)

You know, i'm quite familiar with Planet of the Apes Trilogy. But i feel i noticed a similarities between Superfly and Koba from Planet of the Apes Both have a motivation to start a war with humanity as a belief for the sake of their own kind (Superfly for his mutant families, Koba for the Apekind). But the problem with their goal is that they are too blinded with their own hatred and they willing to disregard their own kind to satisfy their desire for revenge against humanity.
