The best thing to do with the gold bars mission, is to use the strength and speed drinks (if you have them). Strength makes it so that you can move faster and jump while carrying the gold, speed further boosts your movement.

Also, the mousers on this stage, for some reason, exclusively target Leo. And Donny hacks faster than the other turtles, in case that wasn't obvious from his character. Lastly, Mikey's combo is actually O.P. against the big glowing rock soldier, Leo's spinning attack is also a big damage dealer. (Not ninjitsu, spin the left stick and attack)

Just checked again to be sure, there is a campaign for the game... CaRtOoNz and Delirious even played the first mission of the campaign on their channels. You might be thinking of Overwatch.

Leo's Combo Attack has him and another turtle spinning in a circle slashing at anyone who gets near them. Raph's Combo Attack has him and another turtle go back to back and explode. Donnie's Combo Attack has him and another turtle warp around attacking any one who gets near them. (My Favourite one) Mikey's Combo Attack has him and another turtle dance in place which causes any enemies near them to start dancing. (Bosses sort of dance but not as long)
