What gave the SNES the slight edge over the Genesis with games like this is the satisfyingly meaty, crisp and crunchy impact noises - it really made all the difference.
maybe not a remaster, but after playing the turtles in injustice 2 i just want to have a nice tmnt fighting game with characters like shredder, krang, stockman, leatherhead, karai etc
Came here after watching Mortal Kombat X. So fun to see this old school now, lol. Games have come so far. Wonder what will a game be like to make MKX and these latest games look like oldschool in about 20years? Lol
Ahh.. Such a classic. I remember a good combo if you were play this again. When you do a power drill and they block, after it is finished you can immediately grab and slam them. It saved me a bunch of times!
I always thought Aska said these things when performing her moves: "Who's on the mic!" "Hey, what's up?!" Super: "Wa-tee-ta-tay!" or "Ya quitate!" (Spanish) End taunt: "Ya (a)cabe" or "Ya sabes" (Spanish)
For the longest time, I thought Crome Dome said, “Boom spark”. However, now I know that it’s, “Crome Spark”. Which makes more sense considering his name.
Thank you for actually fighting and allowing the game to display itself, and not just obliterating the opponent by doing the same 1 or 2 moves! Excellent

Donatello Is awesome with is Bo staff which by the way is effective when it comes to wacking people in the nuts and his wacky gadgets come in handy for any sort of situation.😄😄😄😁🤣🤣😊😆😆😆
Story mode allows you to only choose one of the 4 turtles, and you go beating up the bad guys (and Aska), and it has limited continues. Tournament mode is pretty much arcade mode
I remember in Story Mode, there is a clone fight where the clone is more powerful, and has a different palette. When I saw the turtle clone fight in Tournament Mode, I thought the turtle clone was going to have a purple palette (like in Story Mode), but it has a dark green palette instead of a light green palette. It seems better doing Tournament Mode, because the characters' endings are different.
You might want to do both modes, because each mode has different cutscenes. If you have the difficulty set at 2 or lower, you will not be able to fight the final opponent, and you will end up getting the bad ending. If the difficulty is set at 3, you can do the final fight, but after the credits, it will tell you that your full power is not yet known, so try a harder difficulty. I guess the full power is known at a difficulty of 7. I did not try that, because I think I'm not an expert at this game, and I need to be an expert to be ready for the maximum difficulty.
I did the best job with Aska. With a difficulty of 3, most of it was not a challenge, but there were a few times when I had a disadvantage against Karai, but I managed to beat her.
Not every wish is going to come true. After learning about the Foot Elite Guards, and how much I compared them to the ninja turtles, it made me want them as playable characters in Mutant Melee. Someone told me that they cannot be playable, because they never beat the turtles. Have any foot ninjas ever beat the turtles? A foot ninja just called Foot had a story in that game, and on the final battle, I had to go against all four ninja turtles. Someone told me that Splinter was too powerful against him, and that's why Splinter was not his final opponent. For Baxter and Beebop to be in Tournament Fighters, it will need a remaster. If Beebop is in, I think Rocksteady will have to join. Yeah, they probably have the skills. For Foot Elite Guards to join Mutant Melee, they probably need different palettes. I only see the palette being the problem, because they all look exactly alike, and the only difference is their weapon. The turtles had different colored masks. Maybe, the Foot Elite Guards could be like that. Even though our ideas might not happen, it seems like your ideas are more likely to happen than my ideas, because my ideas are probably just cramps, which makes them seem unlikely.
Hey, search for TMNT Tournament Fighters Bebop. Bebop is playable in the remastered version of Tournament Fighters. From what I read, it has not been released yet, it's still being worked on. I do not know if it's fan-made or official. I'm also fine with a remastered version of Mutant Melee. I would not want to see a remastered version of Smash Up, because I do not like that game.
