As a girl, Glad to see that u guys r trying to normalize periods...But one more thing guys I want to clarify that a healthy period is never uncomfortable or painful or problematic or interrupt into ur regular lifestyle ...But as we all know due to excess junk foods, lack of exercises, stress and overall bad lifestyles & habits the problems during periods have become So common now days that people have started to assume these as normal but it's not and also should not be U men have always been our support system so this time also I humbly request to all of u guys that plz stop normalizing painful periods and plz also try to make them(females around u) understand it too but obviously with politeness and patience...As most of the people especially females assume this as normal and they may think that u r not understanding them, their pain as u don't have to go through it and they may become upset or angry with u...Plz mind it that it takes time and patience to adapt some new concepts and also plz advice and help them for the treatments of such conditions...I personally will recommend ayurveda for it as it has no side effects and will end the problem from root cause and it's extremely beneficial ❤

Every piece of information which you give in the video is too accurate.I like the way how you pick each and every problem which we boys face while maintaing our hygine. Usually girls are open and can talk to their mothers but boys cannot talk these issues with their father because of that fear and cannot talk to their friends as they always give false information or just say "Google kar le n yaar". My girl suffers through periods every month and I personally feel bad bcz I'm living in another city so it's very hard for me to take care of her. But I try anyways in calls or chats and I'm the only one she likes to talk and comfortable about her periods.
