The challenge with free gifts is that if you don't claim it, you lost it. Sorry to heart that you don't see the gifts in your post office. We bought the Mega Pack almost two years ago which included all the locations and houses. We have been adding the new releases one at a time since then.

Put the bottom platform again the wall and then then put the second one on top. Once they are stacked you can move them around.
