Probably the best Ryan's Shed Plans on building a shed is hardly found ever . ru-vid.comUgkxcLVQopTIucrxiVRQA0khLGQEnDVKCSMG And Ryan's takes the mystery out of different types of foundation options, etc. He even shows how to build shed with different designs. Very comprehensive, covering different roofing materials, siding, etc.

I totally agree. Like aesthetically pleasing. I don't think he will live here all his life. He might but chances are, i would say, probably not. No matter though. Look what he's already done this early on in life. Phenomenal head on his shoulders, adventuresome, determined, fun loving, tough, non superficial (it seems), reads, healthy, speaks well....and that little worldly space of his there, one day, will be worth a butt load. Bet

I’ve been living this way for 20 years. I love this life also. Surrounded by trees. My home is 20’x20’. Scything is my favorite way to cut grass. We use all of our grass for the garden and chicken pens. It keeps you so healthy. I’m 58 and still loving it. You never stop learning when you live this way. It is so rewarding. Great to see young people enjoying this way of life. You should be proud of what you have accomplished. The more you learn the easier it gets to learn new skills .

Young men like this need not be as rare as they are today. Impressive. And notice how he didn’t wait to get started until he turned 18. That’s the key. He started young to learn the skills needed and took the initiative to build his own space and maintain it. Fantastic.

You don’t know he was in a fortunate or unfortunate situation. You are making an assumption likely based on skin colour. White people have to work hard too and earn everything they have. White people do not necessarily receive help from parents. White parents can be broke, unable or unwilling to assist children into adulthood. We all have to work hard, especially now since year 2020 when housing is now unaffordable.

Of all the tiny homes I've seen, this young man's build is my favorite. It's rustic, carefully thought out, and he speaks of his "vision." The Bible speaks of failure, and it further talks about the importance of having a VISION! This young guy has got it! Thanks so much for sharing, and you've inspired me to keep my own thoughts of originality without succumbing to the world's view of maintaining a home. I absolutely loved this video!!!!! :)

What I like is that he has to take a short walk from his car to his home. Too many of us arrive, take a few steps and we’re inside. Never taking the time to just unwind with a short walk, letting the daily stresses melt off before coming in with overcrowded thoughts of whatever is going on that day. It like a short brisk transition from the big world to your safe haven. Mad props to this guy I hope I have the balls some day.

He inspired me on a non build, more of a marketing project I'm working on- when he said, "Don't be afraid to move forward, even if you don't know what you're doing." I may have to watch this again and again, because it makes me feel good on so many levels. Apparently over five and a half million viewers agree with me!

@justinjones4515

I have been looking at tiny houses on youtube for a week now and this is the most beautiful one I've seen! Most are built using conventional methods and conventional materials, stick frame, fiberglass insulation, plumbing (I just love the simplicity of the 5-gallon method)... the fact that yours is handcrafted from mostly recycled materials makes it much richer, more endearing. I love how it fits into your permaculture lifestyle. Something many 'tiny house people' need to realize is that your home, though very important, is only one aspect of your needs and what you ask of the world. You have the garden and the wood-burning technology to back it up. Anyway I love what you're doing and I feel incredibly inspired by you! Maybe we can get another video when the rocket mass heater is completed...

Why didn't you make the one window near the bed open up? You could hook a fan up near the window across from you bring in air and another fan in the window near the bed drag warm air out and than have a tiny fan you can clamp onto something blow air right on you and it will cool down nicely.get three fans one extra small one on you and most powerful one to bring air in and get a smaller one but bigger than the one blowing on you in the window near your bed to drag air out.That will make a huge difference and fans don't use much energy.

I lived in Maine till about 4 years ago and I really miss this kind of spirit which many people have (figuring out how to create things without getting wrapped up in consumer culture) and I really miss the landscape. Very impressed and kinda of jealous I'll admit. Been dreaming about the life you're living how you're doing it and where for a long time. You're exactly right I'm sick of dreaming im setting some goals to get me where I want to be. I know for a fact I'd be happier than I've been in years. Thanks for your video you're impressive

This is so cool!!! I like the fact that you say it is made by hand, and isn't perfect because it's not industrially produced. I think people feel that their house almost has to come out of a proverbial "box". I think that this is awesome!

They just want there parents to do the work pay there bills and so on. Like I said not all, you can find a few of them that do work. God bless you keep up the good work keep safe and take care of yourself.

Maybe time to shift to LED lighting and a small savonus rotor generator as a supplement power resource. And your monitor and computers have power supplies that convert from 110 ac to 12/5/3 dc and some simple voltage regulators could replace those power supplies and thus lower your power consumption. Otherwise, you've done a great job and look forward to your future endeavors.
