The Black Parade is easily my favorite album from my childhood. I remember my dad surprised my brother and I with the CD when he picked us up from school.
Amazing cover per usual. Love the chorus of this song. Would be awesome if you did Shiver by Coldplay! (Anything off their first 4 albums would be cool)
Awesome man! Great pedal choice there. Back in the early 2000s to mid seem a lot of bands used a TS808 with gain around 3-4. Some people hate the roll off, but I push a Morning Glory or Greer behind mine it I want a bit more focus. But between the Jekyl and Hyde…The Strokes, The Bravery and lot of bands kept it simple with the TS808 at a low to medium gain. To me it really has a color, and tone that works great for that garage rock era of bands to stuff like this…which I consider pretty close. I hate to use the word emo lol. But TS808 alone and the amp on break up a little, has been my secret weapon for those tones! I don’t get why so many use it as a boost first in line for every other pedal including low OD pedals, to squash the EQ sound, and hate the low and high cut. I think it sounds great to stick out. Same way I use a Treble Booster with amp cranked for Dinosaur JR stuff and early Indie rock. Keep it up man! Always love to watch your videos and great tone options. Always spot on!
Hey Harry you should check out this band that recently released their debut record. The cub by a band called wunderhorse. The song morphine and girl behind the glass are stellar tracks
