Teens Respectfully Gather Rude Customer Upset Over $6 

The lady didn’t want the $6. She wanted a problem.

The fact that she was still rude even after receiving her refund without hesitation 🙄

“You’re a grown woman, I’m seventeen.” What an icon.

I'm glad the owner is supporting his employees.

The 2 kids have more maturity than this disrespectful, grown woman.

That grown woman was schooled by a 17 yr old kid!!

She got her money back and still acted like a troll? Wow.

Her Karen name is Snow Cone Susan.

She’s got her refund, so why is she even mad?

If you can't handle a 6 dollar problem as a grown person, you haven't matured much.

An adult bully. She created her own problem. Couldve been avoided had she just given her daughter the $6. Her lack of patience is no one else’s problem but her own. Kudos to the girls for standing their ground.

I would like to applaud the owner for backing up his staff in this situation.

It’s funny cuz this just happened to me today. I went into a Venezuelan restaurant for take out but I had completely forgotten that I had ordered a drink and they didn’t give it to me. I didn’t realize it until I got home. Yea I was upset that I forgot and they didn’t give me my drink. I went back to get it. The difference is I didn’t yell at the employee. I asked her kindly and even showed my receipt. She apologized and prepared my drink and gave it to me. I said thank you and went back home. Moral is mistakes happen and kindness goes a long way. I hope and pray this lady learns this lesson

I’m very proud of these two girls. In customer service either food and retail, we deal with a lot of rude customers who sometimes say some of the meanest things that would hurt someone in an instant. But these girls handled it like true adults, not like this woman who still decides to be disrespectful after receiving her refund.

It was never about the refund I worked customer service long enough to know those kinds of people come in looking for an excuse to take out whatever frustration on someone smaller than them, she felt extremely brave seeing two kids behind the window.

Both girls and their boss handled that perfectly. Nothing but respect.

I despise anyone who takes their frustrations on teenagers in the work place. Like come on we complain about teens but look at their role models of adults. They need to know only miserable and unhappy people act like that. I’m proud of her for sticking up for herself and her younger coworker. It’s always braver to stand up instead of lashing out.

She prepaid for the later pickup of a snowcone? She should be kind above and beyond the norm. She can’t expect the salespeople to track who has prepaid for who. That’s generally not how things work.

That lady saw these two young ladies and thought she could get away with treating them horribly. She went there specifically to harass them, the $6 was just a convenient excuse.
