This is a new game from the creator of Abscission, so as you can imagine, things get pretty weird! The video features both endings.

I like The Witness. His geniality reminds me of Poe's "Some Words with a Mummy", and how he grins every time he jokes is kinda cute

Honestly, not sure about this one. Definitely some interesting cosmic horror ideas, but from the intro and title, I was expecting more of a body horror slowly understanding the patient’s anatomy and figuring out they were infected by something or some such, similar to Discover My Body. If this isn’t the full story, I hope we start to understand things like what the patient is and their relation to the Witness, how touching their blood caused all this, and what’s up with the silver bullet.

Neat little bit of cosmic horror, paneful pun at the outro. I suppose we have been Glass King for it (oy).

Ah, again very good writing, just like Abscission. A lot of nice little touches make the dialogue feel really alive compared to most other games.

I dunno why, but the first thing that came to mind watching this was the Chzo Mythos. Fun times.

I love the sound design! The mangled samples and horror ambiance harken to ultra-obscure industrial records from the mid-80s onward.

Not going to lie, I legit thought this was going to be a joke game with that title. After watching the video, I kind of wish it was. The game a little too... well, let me put it this way: Would you open Pandora's Box? You know that opening the box will ruin your life, benefit no one, and possibly kill you (or worse, see 11:36). The only upside is that you get to see what's inside the box. Okay, now imagine the box is half a corpse, barely alive... that's low-key insulting your life... while also insinuating you're better off joining his cosmic watcher group. Sorry, It's just a little hard for me to take the concept seriously.
