For those who don't know, this track was the Kyoto stage theme in Tekken 1, in that game characters didn't have their own designated stages so instead you would fight opponents in randomly selected arenas for each playthrough. (I usually end up always fighting Heihachi in Venezia or Acropolis though.)

The very first thing you hear: the plucks. Don't you think they might have deserved a little more attention? Because that tone is garbage, as much as it pains me to say that to a fellow artist who got most of the other sound design on point. But man. They start the song! All you had to do was slide the waveform a little bit more towards square (maybe with a little saw or triangle left in there) and bring out the 4th harmony (+5st) in the 2nd oscillator and they would have been golden, like the flutes. Man... Great job otherwise. Hope you came to that rhythm organically and it wasn't a midi rip...

Cps2 doesn't use "waveforms" it just uses standard wav samples as far as I'm aware.
