That yodeling music is a great way of calming yourself when ur in an intense match. I LOVE IT!!its great when tekken doesnt have to be serious all the time.i mean they have kanagroos and grizzly bears fighting robots who care about the music the game is fun.
What was that move at 6:09. Sucks that not all the animations are changed, but I can't wait to use either one of them. Man I want to see King's throw combos.
@headhunterukg007 you're totally right. that so called "dancing" is a technique that high level players use for spacing and setting up punishments if your opponent happens to whiff alot
whatever you typed in that comment box is wrong my good sir. this has to be the best tekken stage ever. theres sheeps, birds chirping in the back ground, and yodeling as a bgm. learn to appreciate.
Great fights!! This King player fights a lot like me, except I take more senseless risks and often pay dearly for them. I actually launch with the Black Bomb and get away with it most times, but that's just because of the level of competition I face. Against a solid Kazuya player, for example, I'd get mopped up doing that.
@Ksharp1fan You're correct that it's a lot easier with the later Tekkens (and annoyingly so, for that matter). I completely agree. But if you keep typing an inaccuracy like "This juggling shit was introduced in Tekken 6" (when it wasn't; it's been around for a while), then people will keep rebutting. :)
@Numbnut10 i play with a controller and when I play people of a higher skill level this is exactly what I do as well. The seemingly random flickering is a way to space yourself away from your opponent. both King and Bruce are bad characters to stay close to, simply because of the high damage they get by cashing in on any perceived opportunity. Also certain characters have better "tracking" moves which can catch you in a side step and hit you anyway.
@Ksharp1fan That's not true, actually. Juggling has been in Tekken since at least Tekken 2. (Tekken 2 was one of only two games I was obsessed with when I was younger. Tomb Raider was the other.)
@headhunterukg007 WHAT?! Who said this was a bad fight?! This was ILL! I loved the Brice in this fight though! Hes style was brutal in the corners! Im trying to get as relentless with him, Jin and Feng Wei but yeah. I think it was a splendid bout!
@Numbnut10 King happens to have a move the tracks 360 degrees. If you are in its range and uses it you WILL get hit even if you are behind him. Combine that with kings extensive arsenal of throws he can use to whiff punish and that bruce want's nowhere near king unless he's on the attack. hence the bacl dashing and sidestepping. tekken imo is unique in that to be good at it you need just as much of a mind game as you do input knowledge. turtling forever will get you roflstomped in this house
On Tekken 6 i don't feel like i really beat my opponent because once they fall you can beat them until its over. One combo takes more than half there life. Tekken 5 makes you work for you win (its the best).
lol something that i have learned from watching pros play is: first- they are going to knock you in the air second- when they get you in the air, you might as well put your controller down cause u aint comin down soon lastly- when they get you in the air, they usually are able to hit you to a wall and if they get to that point, your pretty much going to be left with like 2 hp after they are done moral of story is: if you lose your footing and your fighting a pro, u lost :P.
@headhunterukg007 do u have a psn address cos i played someone online on the ps3 the other day who had a very similiar username.... and got my ass kicked.
this king needs to learn the art of gettin up. he's gettin severely punished. and parry once in a while geez all of bruces kicks majority have been low. Nice Shining Torpedo though. F, F, [hold] +4 is nice damage counter. and people usually try to attack when ya run forward so boom free hit.
