Yoko Shimomura has blessed us with so many game OST BANGERS. From Kingdom Hearts, FFXV (especially Apocalypsis Noctis 🔥), and now the arrangement for this remix. All the praise and respect 🙌
She is the reason why we have Guile's theme. Also, a song of hers from the game Live a Live, "Megalomania", was the inspiration for Megalovania, aka the funny Undertale skeleton man song.
ive been saying this since they put Ryu in smash 4, in hindsight i think Kaz is probably the better pick though bc his Mishima style is a lot more visually unique than Jin. making Jin have Devil Jin moves instead of the regular karate he uses like he did in the old games would've been cool too though
I'm the third. I love the arrangement of SSBU. Masahiro-san is the legendary SSB King. Well that arrangement was composed by the Final Fantasy XV & Kingdom Hearts Composer, Yoko Shimomura
@@mikeygrayson5158 Yes it is. Have you heard the music of Hammerhead Stage's final round of Tekken 7? I think that song has arranged that soundtrack too.
I feel like it’s reviving all the reasons why I came to love the original track- but I’ve been playing for 3 years so the track is just kind of cemented in my head now and I don’t think much of it anymore. The piano and guitar in this just sends me back in time to some place relaxing and happy, including the first time I played Tekken and Smash Bros 64
@@polposama2176 Spirits are a thing in Smash bros. They're basically like the trophies from the older games but now they're PNGs and give you stat buffs or modify your character's behavoir like a mixture of gear from Injustice 2 and gems in Street Fighter X Tekken. Just like gems, they aren't competitively viable.
They remixed this track so beautifully. Like I almost cried. They really did a good job with this track. I might need to get this on my phone. Good job on the smash bros team.
Shit you ain't the only one that felt that way, but it's expected from Yoko Shimomura as she makes beautiful remixes and this is no exception. Makes me kind of tear up because it reminds me of Smash Bros Brawls remixes
@@BrickFighter13 right?!? I was quite impressed by this remix because it literally sounds so close to the original and you could tell that they literally just produced this track early this year because tekken 7 came out like 2015 or 2016 and this track(original version) literally stood out to me.
I'm just in love with this song man, like seriously I can't get over it. It's so beautiful and amazing that it has officially become my background music for training. Yoko Shimomura gave us another beautiful remix here
Absolutely beautiful arrangement! Fits the mood of Smash very well! Since it sounds like a celebration of Tekken getting in with all these videogame icons!
Yeah, now that you mention it, it does remind me of Bramble Blast a lot. I don't know why that track has different names. It's currently called Stickerbush Symphony I think.
I can't believe they remixed this one! Still my favorite Tekken 7 song after all this time. This could fit for the moonsiders 2nd theme better than the one in Tekken 7, i think.
Infinite Azure would be such a funny stage. Imagine a stage where there's no Side Blast Zone. Just a single upward Blast Zone. And you are free to fight laterally to your heart's content.
They somehow found a way to remix and evolve infinite azure into its ultimate song form...I thought it was the best fighting game song ever now with the remix it's on a whole another level now! It's a Legendary Game song...no an SSS rank game song the best of songs
She made a Minecraft song sound like something from Mario and Luigi...... Then she made a Tekken song sound like Kingdom Hearts... YOKO YOU FREAKING GENIUS!!!
Even if you don't like Tekken, having it in Smash is a win purely for the music Although I will say the OG is better, but this is better than the last round
Overall I think this remix is good, but the DK Country-sounding piano melody Yoko put in the middle of the track sounded a little too out of character. One of the main attractions of the original Moonsiders 1st was its consistent tempo, making it incredibly easy for the players to focus and enjoy the track at the same time.
I like it. It gives the track more variety and depth. I'm not a big Tekken nut so while I really like the original version, I find myself getting bored of consistent, albeit very addicting monotone tempo and sound over the course of a long listening session
Sorry but the original Version from Tekken 7 sounds 100 times better than the Smash Ultimaten Version. Its like they downgraded the quality oft the sound and cut out the very fine Details from the original 🙁
@@EduardoFlores-bt4fo this is just bad, absolutely no space between notes. Layers and layers of conflicting mess. No drums and no bass in a drum and bass song. Completely lost the minimal beauty of the original.
@@dudeonthasopha you say all that but guess what, music, as an art, is subjective, and you may throw dozens upon dozens of your personal reasons as to why this is bad, but millions of people enjoy this rendition.
