This is like the Rocky Balboa of Tekken tournaments. A true underdog story. I remember me and my buddies watching this and cheering for Rangchu's Panda.

I kno you that's a quote from Aris, and I'm pointing that his quote or any who focus on that could have or has a prejudice against that. Character balance aside Rangchu played 200% better. Qudans was missing punishes and Rangchu keeps blocking hellsweeps

In case of Japanese, it may have started during the Spanish Flu pandemic. It is associated with avoiding diseases. Also, it can be a fashion statement or just trying to be "modest", privacy/shyness, and/or avoid attention. In this case, the guy is Korean. In this case probably started due to fine dust problem and also the same reasons Japanese will use as well. Or maybe he was sick or was in contact with someone who was sick.
