I've noticed Chikurin playstyle that he's not good at engaging and following up on wall destruction damage. I use Lili as a main and the amount i have counted on him having chance to activate a wall blast or breaking the folding screen was too much for me cuz he keeps following up with half dew slide to WS 1, 2 dew slide 3 instead of using a forward+4. And i'll be honest, on controller and joystick its not easy doing half dew slide to WS 1,2 dew slide 3 without messing up (i haven't tried on keyboard).
The thing is though WS+12~f~Qcf+3 seems to setup perfectly for a really favorable low/mid mixup for Chikurin. His victory at EVO Japan definitely shows how setting up this oki situation again and again is really worth it.
I just with it wasn't such a cheap ass move. It's one of the faster knockdown lows in the entire game that doesn't come out of a stance or anything. You can't even see it because Paul is damn there standing the beginning animation. And it walls carries, combo ender, big damage on clean hit. And it's i15 frames.!!. Wtf i15 frames.?????? No one can see and react to a move that is i15 frames. So we have to blindly guess when Paul is in close range.
If you could react to demoman even 1 time it would be probably the single worst move in the entire game, even snake edge is a full launch and it high crushes and its like double the range at least.
