Yep i'm so glad Yoshi isn't completely garbage in this game so eyemusician can show everyone how much of a god tier player he is. He's always been the best Yoshi, just now he can finally be rewarded for all the insane loyalty and hard work he's put into the character.

Tbf the running mechanic in T8 is different from T7, I get full sprints from just pressing ff then I stop and press another f and it's as if the first 2 forward inputs were buffered.

​@@jackambala3052 as a Yoshi main, I'd get baited too, I didn't know that reverse somersault could do damage in the breathe stance, probably a buff in Tekken 8 only, cause that move doesn't do damage in T6 and TT2

To me yoshimitsu is the most unpredictable character to deal with, if player play him right he is fast and full of tricks, it's really hard to hit him, that blade guards he has make me lost many times. Some times I lost the temper and called that character cheater because he use blade.

These two have been battling each other for years JCDR knows what Eyemusician is like and he knows all his tricks, the problem with that though is the fact that its always a 50/50, You just never know with Eyemusician

nah hes always been top level like this - its yoshi thats improved so drastically, not eyemusician (unless youre saying he improved drastically locally to this game)

I feel like the first match he reads his opponent completely, maybe losing a few, then locks in and utilizes his kit against them perfectly - love to watch the music he paints

Bro wtf, first drag has already been nerfed (2 times in 2 months) and most important i dont think jdcr play only metà characters, actually he could beat 4/5 of the tekken player base with ant character against their mains.

I jump over stuff as Hwoarang, since he has a good backturn. Jumping over moves was pretty easy in 7, but its harder in 8. Still viable

pretty sure high rated players dont always share the sentiment that yoshis are genius. I love yoshi but lets say TheMainManSWE certainly rages his butt off going up against yoshi. I think its more of a preference situation, some can handle going against certain playstyles better than others and wise versa. Yoshi is imo a true ego check, punishing habits if the yoshi is knowledable

​@@Ttangko_ mainman also mashes against every Yoshi into flash, same for Lei. He refuses to adapt to the matchup and gets eaten alive. that's why Lei/Yoshi are the biggest characters he complains about in ranked
